Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sinfonika applications, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our applications.

License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our applications on your iOS devices in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. This license does not allow you to use our applications on any device that you do not own or control.

Permitted Use

Our applications are designed for entertainment, education, and skill development in the art of magic. You may use our apps for personal use, practice, and performance purposes in accordance with applicable laws and venue policies.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications

  • Use our applications in a way that violates these terms

Purchases and Refunds

Purchases of our paid applications are processed through Apple's App Store. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refund requests should be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Intellectual Property

Our applications and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Sinfonika and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our applications will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sinfonika be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our applications.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
